We mediate in the sale of prepared building land in a location overlooking the fortress and future floors of the sea. Building land is located in a quiet street within the city limits of Senj. Utility and water contributions were paid according to the previous building permit, and the land was excavated and leveled in order to start construction immediately. The coefficient of construction is 40%, and according to the latest information from urban planning, a detached house 8x13 meters can be built.
