Gračišće is the center of the municipality of the same name in an area of about 1500 inhabitants. The preserved landscape has encouraged several households to start engaging in rural tourism, and the traditional commitment to wine production has degenerated into an already traditional annual exhibition. The beauty and uniqueness of cultural and historical heritage monuments in the preserved landscape are the greatest value of Gračišće, which is visited by more and more curious people every day, not only at the Central Istrian Wine Festival, Vidov or the Accordion Players Festival, but also by enthusiasts. the ancient city is fed with serenity. One of the striking features of Gračišće is its urban structure: the division of the once walled city into quarters, and each of them has its own square with a church.
In the old town there is this stone house for renovation. About 104 m2 extends over two floors - ground floor and first floor. The ground floor has a hallway, bathroom, living room and kitchen.
