Medulin municipality is a coastal municipality located south of the Istrian peninsula, with an area of 29.35 km2, with about 6,500 inhabitants in eight settlements situated mainly along the coast. These are Medulin, Premantura, Banjole, Pomer, Vinkuran, Vintijan, Valbonaša and Pješčana Uvala.
We offer a modern villa built in 2015in the second row to the sea, only 200 m from the first beach. The villa is located on land with a total area of 401 m2 and a living area of 180 m2.
The villa is divided into two above-ground floors, designed as one residential unit. An entry hall/hallway, a vast “open space” area with a living room, kitchen, and dining area, greets us as we enter the house. A glass wall that allows natural light to come in throughout the day is used to communicate with the pool and the outside world. A large bathroom with a toilet and a tiny pantry/storage area may also be found on the ground level.
We climb the internal stairs to the upper floor, where there is another bathroom with a toilet and three large bedrooms, 2 of which have access to an outdoor covered terrace that offers a fantastic, unobstructed panoramic view of Medulin Bay.
The planned parking lot, which has been paved with high-quality paving stones and leads to an 11 m2 storage chamber, will welcome you at the entryway to the yard. In addition, a 4×7 m2 swimming pool, a sunbathing area, and other amenities, such as an outdoor shower, are located on the southwest side.
The sunbathing area and the pool have an unobstructed panoramic sea view. The pool and other facilities are lit by natural light all day, allowing for a comfortable stay on the sunbed, assuming the optimum orientation. A jacuzzi, which would have an unrestricted panoramic view, may be built beside the pool. A covered area with a dining table is also available on the property.
