Poreč is a popular summer resort on the coast of the Istrian Peninsula in western Croatia. The House has five bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining room, and an entertainment room with a living area of 400 m2 and yard space of 1000 m2.

On the ground floor, a beautiful terrace with access to the 32-square-meter pool leads directly from the open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining room. An outdoor jacuzzi, billiards, darts, table football, and bicycles are available in front of the House as an additional feature.
There is a barbecue for gatherings and four parking spaces in a beautifully maintained 1000-square-meter garden that is completely fenced.
